Delivery

When you order omafiets in our shop, it will be shipped via DHL. To ensure fast delivery bikes are generally sent to you directly by the manufacturer or importer. If you have questions about the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or e-mail our customer service.

When you place your order weekdays before 13.00 and settles, it will be normally delivered the next day at the delivery address.

Exchanges and returns

When you order omafiets our shop, then you have a cooling off period of 14 days. This means that you can return the bike. Within that period The full purchase price will be refunded to your account. However, the following conditions apply:

• Returning an item is only when the product is intact and you return the original undamaged packaging.

Tip: Open the package carefully upon receipt, so you can check whether you have received the right bike and that it is undamaged. If that is not the case, you can return the shipment immediately. Once the damage exhibited bicycle use and / or the original packaging is damaged, we can not return to accept the shipment.

• Return or exchange can only be within 14 days after you receive the bike.

Received damaged item
